Led by young people, for young people, Young Farmers' Clubs provide their 23,000 members aged between 10 and 26 a unique opportunity to develop skills, work with their local community, travel abroad, take part in a varied competitions programme and enjoy a dynamic social life.
Why join?
Becoming a member of your local Young Farmers' Club in England or Wales is the first step to a great social life.
Competitions, a host of fun and games, foreign travel, volunteering, new skills and qualifications are just some of the reasons to become a member of a Young Farmers' Club.
Activities range from; sports, social events, outdoor pursuits, charity fund-raising, stock judging, crafts, performing & public speaking. Opportunities also exist for members to travel and work abroad and there are some excellent training programmes on offer to help you develop various life skills.
There are 19 clubs in Shropshire consisting of a total of almost 900 members
